cApStAn and Enovate at I.C.E. Exchange in Providence, Rhode Island
Meet the cApStAn–Enovate team at I.C.E. Exchange 2026 in Providence.
19–22 October 2026 | Providence, Rhode Island | Booth 317
From 19 to 22 October 2026, cApStAn and Enovate will be exhibiting at the I.C.E. Exchange in Providence, Rhode Island, joining credentialing professionals from across the industry for four days of exchange, learning and new connections.
Organised by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.), the annual Exchange brings together organisations working across certification, assessment and credentialing to discuss emerging practices, technologies and challenges shaping the sector.
This year, our focus will be firmly on conversations at the booth.
Steve Dept, Devasmita Ghosh, Øyvind Meistad and Henrik von Schlanbusch will be there to meet fellow assessment and credentialing professionals and introduce the increasingly integrated cApStAn–Enovate approach to multilingual testing.
One platform, multiple languages
Credentialing programmes are increasingly digital, international and multilingual. Yet language is still too often treated as something to be addressed only after tests items have already been developed.
cApStAn and Enovate are working to change that.
By combining Enovate’s flexible assessment technology with cApStAn’s linguistic quality assurance expertise, multilingual considerations can be brought closer to the core of the assessment lifecycle — from item authoring and review through translation, adaptation, delivery, versioning and ongoing maintenance.
The integrated environment can support features such as automated item health checks, multilingual authoring and translation workflows, secure access for linguists and experts, traceable review decisions, item-bank management and digital test delivery.
It is not simply a matter of adding more languages to a platform. The aim is to make linguistic and cultural quality part of the infrastructure of assessment itself.
Come and meet us at Booth 317
I.C.E. Exchange is particularly valuable because it brings together the people dealing with these questions in practice: certification bodies, assessment organisations, technology providers and credentialing specialists looking for solutions that are secure, scalable and fair.
We are looking forward to listening, exchanging ideas and demonstrating how assessment technology and language expertise can work together.
If you are working with multilingual certification exams, expanding into new markets, reviewing the quality of assessment items before translation, or simply looking for a more connected approach to test localisation and delivery, come and talk to us at Booth 317.
