cApStAn Welcomes Henrik von Schlanbusch as CEO

We’re excited to welcome Henrik von Schlanbusch as our new CEO, starting in September 2026.

Henrik has spent more than 20 years building at the intersection of technology, learning and assessment. He co-founded Enovate AS in 2003 and later led its spin-off RAYVN, helping grow it from startup to a global crisis management platform.

Now, he’s bringing that experience to cApStAn.

His focus will be to build on the expertise and reputation that make cApStAn unique, while exploring the opportunities created by bringing cApStAn and Enovate closer together. By combining deep linguistic and assessment expertise with technology, we believe we can strengthen our existing services, develop new solutions and reach new markets – while continuing to help our clients make multilingual assessments and surveys robust, fair and comparable.

It’s an exciting new chapter for cApStAn, and we’re looking forward to what comes next.
