Develops specific procedures,
in cooperation with linguistic researchers and the client, to ensure
that optimal validation protocols are applied to each type of document.

Organizes a Training Seminar
for the verifiers who will take care of the different language
versions, to ensure that they are thoroughly acquainted with the
procedures and guidelines, and will act as a team.

Customizes the web-based platform
to accommodate the project, to facilitate and speed up file transfers
to and from the client (or in some multilingual projects, the “National
Centre”), cApStAn, and the verifiers.

In addition, cApStAn endeavours to provide state-of-the-art Linguistic Quality Control by staying abreast of developments and new technologies and by learning from experience, thus capitalizing on empirical knowledge gained in the field.
