Vegasuite
VegaSuite is cApStAn's custom-built, user-friendly and secure upload/download platform, developed and managed by Koen Vangrinsven and Gergely Zayzon from Harras Network. It is used by our clients and verifiers since 2005. The underlying database is programmed with PHP and VegaSuite contains only those functionalities that are directly useful to the community of cApStAn users.
Users' access details are linked to an e-mail address and automatic mail notifications are sent to the players concerned when files are uploaded for processing or become available for downloading, or when milestones are completed.
An original aspect of the platform is the automatic re-naming of files according to cApStAn's conventions. This enables easy and fast identification and retrieval of files from a huge archive, without requiring users to conform to a particular file naming scheme (and without needing to rely on them to do so...)
